How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and party buses on weekends, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead. Airport transfers and corporate rides can usually be booked 24–72 hours in advance, but same-day requests are accommodated when our fleet is available — just call dispatch.
What's included with every reservation?
Every ride includes a professionally dressed, trained chauffeur, a freshly detailed vehicle, climate control, and 24/7 dispatch support. Party buses include sound system and LED lighting. A minimum 20% gratuity for the chauffeur is expected and may be charged to the card on file if not provided.
Do you offer DFW airport meet-and-greet?
Yes — meet-and-greet service is available for DFW International and Dallas Love Field arrivals. Your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim with a name placard and assist with luggage. Learn more about airport service.
How does your pricing work?
We provide a quote tailored to your trip — destination, group size, vehicle, time of day, and how long we'll be with you. We'll review every detail with you before you book and confirm any applicable fees at checkout.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations with 30+ days' notice may have half the deposit applied toward future service. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are charged the full contract price. Airport transfers require at least 4 hours' notice to avoid penalty. No-shows are charged in full. Yes. We carry full commercial livery insurance well above state minimums, our chauffeurs are licensed and DOT-compliant, and our vehicles are inspected and maintained on a strict schedule.
